The New York Times has given a glowing review to Sterling’s new book, RUFUS GOES TO SCHOOL.

All Rufus Leroy Williams III wants is to go to school so he can learn to read his favorite book. But there’s one problem: he’s a pig and Principal Lipid says: “No pigs in school!” What can Rufus do to change his mind? Through the sweet and simple text by Kim Griswell and the delicate illustrations by Valeri Gorbachev, RUFUS is a love letter to school and to the joys of reading.
