BINNY FOR SHORT by Hilary McKay is on the Carnegie Medal for Literature longlist for 2014.

In 2002 SAFFY’S ANGEL won the Whitbread Children’s Book of the Year Award and was a Boston Globe-Horn Book Honor Book, ALA Notable Book and a School Library Journal Best Book of 2002.
